Immune modulators

Immunomodulatory drugs have many different effects, including cytokine modulation, co-stimulating of T cells, downregulation of co-inhibitory molecules, enhancing NK cell activity, inhibiting regulatory T cells, and repairing synapse formation on T cells. Studies of immune modulators in AML are ongoing.
